Important things to know when working with Gorgias data

Extracted Gorgias data contains data from deleted tickets

The Gorgias API does not contain meta information on whether a ticket has been deleted. As a result, it is not possible for Daasity to identify which tickets have been deleted in your Gorgias account.

As a result, the Gorgias ticket counts and response/resolution times in Daasity will not exactly match your data in the Gorgias reporting interface — the reason being that our reporting will contain data for deleted tickets, while the Gorgias reporting interface will not.
